As a continuation from a discussion in this thread.
Rune Forging
Prereq: 1 Rank in Craft and 1 Rank in either Knowledge (Arcana) or Knowledge (Religion)
Benefits
You can now craft magical items using Rune Forging to fill in the spell prereqs. You still have the appropiate Item Creation feats but if your Craft and Knowledge (Arcana) or Knowledge (Religion) skills each equal the spellcaster level of the highest level required spell of an item, you can create it.
Special
Wether you use Knowledge (Arcana) or Knowledge (Religion) will decide if the resulting item is arcane or divine in nature.
Although, this is still a work in progress. I want to ask, should I make it your skills should equal one-half or twice the spellcaster levels of the spells or keep it the same? Should I do away with the need for the Craft Item feats?

Look up the Manual of Making Things thread. I gave my take on it...
--To use crafting glyphs/runes, you just need the right runes and a Craft check to successfully transfer them.
--You can find scrolls and shit of runes that you can either 1) Get verified before you carve or draw them on something 2) Carve or draw them on them on something and potentially turn the interior of your armor into a gate to the Nine Hell.
--Secret runes are usually very secret, so if you want to come up with the the knowledge to use them yourself, you've got to pay for it, either in skill points or in time spent doing it or, yes, in feats. Although a Runelore feat might be appropriate...

He jumps like a damned dragoon, and charges into battle fighting rather insane monsters with little more than his bare hands and rather nasty spell effects conjured up solely through knowledge and the local plantlife. He unerringly knows where his goal lies, he breathes underwater and is untroubled by space travel, seems to have no limits to his actual endurance and favors killing his enemies by driving both boots square into their skull. His agility is unmatched, and his strength legendary, able to fling about a turtle shell big enough to contain a man with enough force to barrel down a near endless path of unfortunates.

Zak S, Zak Smith, Dndwithpornstars, Zak Sabbath. He is a terrible person and a hack at writing and art. His cultural contributions are less than Justin Bieber's, and he's a shitmuffin. Go go gadget Googlebomb!
